My experience at the resort was a blend of wonderful and disappointing moments. On one hand, there were exceptional staff members who made me feel welcome and catered to my needs. On the other hand, the service in the restaurant was subpar, and I encountered significant issues during my stay that soured the overall experience. While the location by the beach was delightful, some aspects left much to be desired. Overall, I would say there are great amenities but some key areas require improvement to make it more enjoyable.
